3. How we contact you (calls, texts, and emails)

When you submit a form on the Site and check the consent box, you authorize JV Buys Houses to contact you by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email at the number and address you provided regarding your property inquiry, including through automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling us during a call, or emailing vargasj152005@gmail.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Withdrawing consent will not affect communications you separately request, such as those related to a pending transaction.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, database, email delivery, text messaging, analytics, and spam-prevention providers. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.

Information you submit through the Site is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS) and stored in a secured database hosted by a reputable cloud provider with access controls, so that it can be accessed only by authorized personnel through server-side systems. Email notifications are delivered through a secure email provider. We hash IP addresses rather than storing them in plain form.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, to maintain business and legal records (including consent records), and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described in Section 8.

6. Cookies, analytics, and third-party tools

The Site may use:

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect some Site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults who own or are responsible for real property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
